I provide shiatsu massage therapy in Shanghai, in the Changning area near Huashan Park.

Shiatsu is a Japanese style of bodywork based in Chinese Medicine which addresses localized and general discomforts. Shiatsu literally means “finger pressure” in Japanese, but a variety of techniques create a session that eases aches, calms your mind, and leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.

You should wear or bring comfortable clothing to your session, which allows for gentle movement and stretching.

Add Cupping to your Session (10-15 min. extra required) rmb100.00 (15 min)

You may add cupping into your session--this adds about 15-20 minutes to your session time. (Not available as stand-alone session)

	Julie Kesti owner/practitioner I have over 1000 hours of training in Asian bodywork forms, including Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki, and cupping. I am a Certified Practitioner through the AOBTA, in practice since 2005.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHAT TO WEAR

Shiatsu is not an oil-based massage (like a Swedish massage, for example). You should wear comfortable clothing that moves with you--like a long sleeve cotton t-shirt and some lounge pants.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged for your session.

DOG

I have a dog, a 13-year old terrier. He is mellow and friendly, but if you are dog-phobic, let me know and I can make sure he’s not out when you arrive.
